Menus and Miles Friday August 28th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Friday....!!!! I forgot my Protein Drink and my Wendy's Chili I have a few snack things in the fridge at work so I grabbed a can of vegetable soup and a banana at the local grocery store.
The Police sent my DD a video of the kids riding around in her stolen van. They were watching Disney Videos and having a big party. The driver was 12 years old the other ones looked liked they were 9 or 10. You couldn't see the ones in the back seat. So Sad!!!! The one they arrested and let go yesterday for having the IPad was 16.

Your animal cake was super cute!
I haven't had the pizza chips for a long time either. I should give them a try. How could I make them so they aren't very strong? I think I would rather have hamburger chips.
Sounds Good!
