Yesterday I got home and had two of our friends help with the expansion to the guest room. We needed electrical done. I had to cook for 11 people and I didn't even take one bite. I made Chicken Katsu, potato salad, rice and chocolate brownies for dessert. It was wiped out. Made 10 lbs of chicken. They all loved it. So blessed to have good friends. I sat there and ate my salad.
