Straight and narrow today-Who's with me?
I am going to stick to my three meals and two small snacks today. No snacking on those awful carbs that somehow lead me to a downward spiral. Are you out there struggling and not posting? Comment on my post and let me know that I am not alone.

I am with you. I am doing much better since logging my food and posting on here after a 5 years of being gone. Nice to still see postings from familiar faces.
I have not eaten a bad card in over 2 months and doing great. I do miss my rice and noodles. I am Asia and thats what we eat. I went back drinking my protein shakes and just eating clean. No more processed food for me anymore. I wish I did surgery on my brain instead.
