Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Gorgeous Saturday!!  Off to the Outlets to go school shopping with DD#1 and Princess #3. There will lots of walking involved.  Too Many Carbs too!!!

Maintenance Mode and 6+ years out

Hi Roz,

Hope you had a fun day shopping.  I finally cleaned a lot of papers out of my office and got some things filed and thrown away that I have needed to do since we moved.  That was the last little area that I put everything when I didn't know what to do with it. I still have some things in there to go through, but almost finished...

My desk is my catch all and I don't go through it often enough.  It's due again. The only good thing is if I am looking for something I can usually find it in a hurry.

Sounds Good!

I usually get the appetizer shrimp at TX RH but one of these days I'm going to try the Catfish.  It always looks good.  I think I resist because of the sides.

Sounds Good!
