Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Afternoon LW's!!!!!   I had another Review Meeting at Mom's Nursing Home today and they told me she is "Pleasant" and doing good.    That's a lot different than the meetings at the beginning when they wanted to put her in the Dementia Unit because she was fighting them.  I left the meeting Smiling instead of Crying.

She is behaving which is good but she really doesn't respond to any one. What's up with not relaxing? I get so stressed in restaurants when I don't know what to order.

We upgraded our cable and our internet is worse than it was before.  My Ipad just spins and spins.

Sounds good!  Was the chocolate candy or the powered dipped almonds?

Glad to hear your mom is doing good.  Well I was playing volleyball with the family yesterday in the pool and I think I sprained my big toe.  Good news is me and the husband won over my stepson and wife.  These young 20 year old can't beat us.  Take notes young whipper snappers.  So no excercising for me for a few days until I can walk again.

B:  Protien Shake 23g

S:  6 tortilla chips, guak, sourcream and salsa (dam left overs at the office)  but i only grabbed very little

L:  4oz baked salmon with side salad

S:  Chicken Breast 3/4 cup

S:  Spicy Ahi Poke (about 1/4lb bought it at the store and had a couple on the way home)

D:  Spicy Ahi Poke 3/4 lb.  (Did really good normally eat this over hot rice)

Excercise:  30 minutes of Pilates and played in the pool for 2 hours.  total of 8054 steps without the pool recreation.
