Hi Roz,

Well, I am a day late posting.  We had two phone calls before 9am yesterday.  Al and I both lost people we were visiting.  We had been visiting these two for over 2 years and it is hard but at the same time a blessing because they will not be suffering anymore.  I had to take DGD#2 to the doctor yesterday afternoon for her 6 year check up(only 6 months late).  Her doctor is 1 1/2 hours from my house...so it was a very long, busy day.  Shopping today for some more things for the house.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Spareribs, mac & Cheese(made with spaghetti squash)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Popcorn(from Target) 2 chocolate chip cookies
S:  Protein Decaf Coffee - after the supper I had I figured I needed a little more protein...

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  90 ozs
Miles:  None

My DD's could NEVER take their kids to a Dr. 1.5. miles away because the run there every time they have a little sniffle. Their Dr. is as paranoid as they are so it doesn't bother him. They even have his cell phone #!!

I love Target's popcorn but I can't have it often....LOL.

It was a good day and taste so good as well!

B:  Overnight oats with Mango

S:  Protein Shake 23 g

L:  Baja Fresh!!!!  1 chicken taco, 1 steak taco (both corn tortilla) side salad

S:  Protein Shake 46 g

D:  Ground Turkey Spaghetti over Zoodles!! (zucchini noodles)

Exercise:  30 minutes lower body workout.
