Menus and Miles Wed. August 19th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Over the Hump Day!!!

Hi Roz,
so I think I might be heading into a stall at 6.5 months. No loss this week, so I thought I would give the 2 protein drinks a try. Today will be my first day. I am going to cut our the higher calorie protein bar and go to the lower calorie protein drink and see what happens. I know with my quick weight loss and not having a ton to loss now that everything is going to slow down. I am just going to stick with the plan as I have done for the last 6 months with protein first and keeping up the exercise.
thank you for all your support.

I think I asked you this before. Is the 16.2 pound to go to your goal? Does that put you at the bottom of your BMI range? It's nice to have a # in mind but don't stop just because you hit that number. Go at low as you can go because of bounce back. You could still lose for another year.

so in terms of goal. I listed 130 because that is 100 pound weight lost. I really think I will change that to 125 pounds. But I have no intention of stopping the weight loss. From reading all the vets posts I am going to ride it out and go until the body stops on its own. I am at 26 BMI now so I have another 6 points easy to lose in BMI.
