Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Afternoon LW's!!!

Maintenance Mode and 6+ years out

Protein:      Matrix Mint Cookie 46g

Snack:        1 piece of Ham

Lunch:        1 Small Wendy's Chili

Snack:        Sugar Snap Peas

Snack:        Turkey Sticks

Snack:        Matrix Mint Cookie  23g      

Snack:        Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)       

Dinner:       Stuffed Peppers

Snack:        3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn   (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

4 Months Post-Op:

Breakfast:  Isopure/Water Mix

Snack:  String cheese

Lunch:  Chicken Breast and a bite of salad

Snack:  Greek Yogurt w/some almonds

Dinner:  TBD (Going out to a BBQ Place so plenty of proteins to select from)

Vites and Exercise:  On track.  I'm obsessed with Yoga right now.

6.5 months out

protein  iced tea 24 g

breakfast:  3 oz ahi tuna

lunch 30 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 slice cheese, 1 cup salad

dinner 1 cheese taco shell, 3 oz ground beef, 1/2 tomato, 2 slices avocado 

103 oz fluid

7.5 miles today,  4 miles of incline running.

4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
