WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Lunch: 1 Small Wendy's Chili
Snack: Sugar Snap Peas
Snack: Beef Steak Stick
Snack: Matrix Mint Cookie 23g
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)
Dinner:
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

I went back to work part time today. It was not bad.
B: Protein decaf coffee
S: Decaf coffee
S: Lemon tea protein drink
L: 1/2 low carb tortilla wrap, deli ham, 1/2 slice pepper jack cheese
S: Lemon tea protein drink
D: cube steak, squash fritter, baked okra
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 80 ops so far
Miles: none - headed to sons to babysit for a little while

I just mixed up a Protein drink and as soon as I smelled it I knew I messed up. 1/2 Mint Cookie and 1/2 Lemon tea...yuck! 1/2 gone but I'm not sure I can fini****
