Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Forgetful Monday!!  I can't believe I did this again.  I get on and read/answer posts and then I forget to post todays! 

Maintenance Mode and 6+ years out

Protein:      Matrix Mint Cookie 46g

Lunch:        1 Small Wendy's Chili

Snack:        Sugar Snap Peas

Snack:        Beef Steak Stick

Snack:        Matrix Mint Cookie  23g      

Snack:        Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)       

Dinner:      

Snack:        3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn   (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

Hi Roz,

I went back to work part time today.  It was not bad.

B: Protein decaf coffee

S: Decaf coffee

S: Lemon tea protein drink

L: 1/2 low carb tortilla wrap, deli ham, 1/2 slice pepper jack cheese

S: Lemon tea protein drink

D:  cube steak, squash fritter, baked okra

Vitamins: Done

Water/Fluids: 80 ops so far

Miles:  none - headed to sons to babysit for a little while

Yes, I am doing about 9 hours a week.  We needed to do some separation of duties for the auditor so it is working out good.  I get to do the things I like to do like counting money and balancing the bank accounts.

9 hours wouldn't be to bad.  Do you get to pick the days and hours?

I just mixed up a Protein drink and as soon as I smelled it I knew I messed up.  1/2 Mint Cookie and 1/2 Lemon tea...yuck!  1/2 gone but I'm not sure I can fini****

It will probably be Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings unless I need to be off one of those mornings.  That is when we always did the money.

I hate it when I put the Lemon TEa in my coffee by mistake.  I usually just throw it away because I know I can't drink it.

Ok Roz this is for you that said i need to up my protein!!!

B:  Overnight oats with blueberries

S:  Protein shake 17g

L:  Pesto Tilapia with zucchini noodles

S:  Protein Shake 46g

D: ???? Turkey wrap with romain lettuce.

 Excercise:  30 minutes of circuit training = 400 calories burned

My average is about 2 lbs a week.  I already lost 24 lbs in 9 weeks.  Just trying to stay focus and eat clean.
