Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Sunday!!!   My goal this week is to come back and post what I have eaten!  Life is gets busy as the day goes on and this is going to be a challenge for me but I'm going to give it my best!!

I don't know what works for you but Numerous Protein drinks/meals/snacks works for me.  Sometimes I look at the Menus and Miles and I think some of you are starving.  This is a lifestyle change not a diet!!  Very Low Carb....Lots of Protein!!! Just try it for a week and see what happens!!!!!

Hi Roz,

my surgeon recommends between 65 g and 100 g per day.  Sunday is a rough day for me because i think all the running jumbles up insides.  (lol) i do 10/11 miles on sunday.  so it ends up being my least amount of eating day.  i get plenty of fluids but eating not so much.  i have been recommended to a nutritionist to work on eating more good carbs since carbs are the first thing burned during a long run.  I was a runner before weight loss but i am love it even more now.  faster lighter equal more fun.

Today was a little bit of a cheat day for me because I am starting another round of my excercise and eating clean way of life.  I had a couple bites of Pho.  I haven't had noodles in like 2 months so I thought why not.  I only had 5 bites of noodles couldn't even finish half of my small bowl.

B:  Overnight oat.  1/2 cup steelcut oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries, unsweetened almond milk and maple syrup.

S:  Protein Shake

L:  Pho - 1/3 of my bowl.  1/2 salad roll

S:  Plum

D:  2 oz of Pork Ribs didn't add the bbq sauce like everyone in the household,  side salad with balsamic and evoo.

Excercise:  Didn't excercis however helped husband load up the truck with garbarge, help build the deck, did 8000 steps from doing everything.  Swam in the pool for 1 hour playing volleyball with the family.

I'd like to see you get a little bit more Protein in.  At least 100 grams a day.
