Its b oatmeal the you put into a mason jar overnight instead of cooking it. It stay good up to 7 days. You add unsweetened almond milk or milk, I put in cinnamon and maple syrup for sweetness and any fruit if you like I like blueberries and peaches. I also add in yogurt.
