Roz must be busy so I'll get this started.

Had my day all planned, get the new freezer, change over food, etc.  Then when we moved the old freezer, there was a hornet nest behind it (it lives on a porch).  We both got stung and have been waiting for it to chill some to finish off the nest so we can complete the transfer, ugh.  Trying to stay on track with food anyway.

Freezer is done and looks pretty empty after throwing all that away.  Now if I can just keep it straight.

Yep, higher protein, lower carbs.  That should be all of our mantra!!!

Hi guys,
Having Internet issues here on vacation. If you don't see the daily accountability post go ahead and start it without me.  Thanks.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake and a low carb ham & cheese wrap
S - peanuts
D - going to a wine pairing dinner tonight--it was good and we had great folks to share dinner and wine. I couldn't finish the wine at each dinner course but got enough buzz you'd certainly think so. I ate a few bites of each course but definitely didn't try to clean my plate. Crab cake, salad, chilled peach soup. rack of lamb, and a fruity tart kind of dessert

I've never done any of the meals there but that sounds pretty good!!

I could never get on line except very early in the morning.  Made getting any work done very hard.

Hi Price,

We got rid of our freezer when we moved and only have the bottom part of the refrigerator.  I hardly ever used it since there are only two of us now and we never do any garden of any type.  Bees and things must be out in force right now, our DGD#2 got stung 3 times the other night.

I missed yesterday so I'm playing catch up this morning.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Insides of Quarter Pounder, French fries-way too many
D:  Fajita Chicken Quesadilla - I ate the whole thing

I didn't have my afternoon protein drink and went crazy with real food yesterday, but I did stay busy all day long cleaning.  Got to finish this morning.

I keep saying I am going to try the overnight oats but haven't yet.  Sounds like an easy way to do them.  I don't like them in the microwave and cooking is tricky to get them done and not too liquid or dry.

I absolutely love it.  I do put a little maple syrup and cinnamon in it to make it more sweeter without the added sugar.  I use the steelcut oats witch is a lot chewier. Mine stay in a mason jar for a good 7 days without spoiling.
