Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW'S! I got a new scale for my scale and I guess I was hoping for this miraculous drop...lol It did move a little though. I'm down 2 pounds since I started decarbing and increased my Protein. I got a tooth fixed this morning so my day of eating hasn't started yet. I tried drinking my Protein drink but I was making a terrible mess..... It's getting better so it shouldn't be much longer.

It's so great to see your Profile picture!! Husband?? The last I remember you were dating a tsunami wrestler? You always talked about moving to the states. I don't understand how anyone could leave Hawaii!!!! I would love to go back someday but it is so expensive and such a long trip. We've been doing some Disney cruises with our girls/grandkids and I keep begging them to go on one that goes to Hawaii. Did all of your kids come with you?
Sounds Good! Have the scales been moving. I snack on Protein all day. It seems like all I do is eat.

I'm so glad your DH can occupy himself so you can go on your trips! My DH wouldn't be able to to do it. A lady I work with is 66 and getting a divorce because she loves to keep busy and her DH won't leave the house.
Sounds Yummy! Hope you packed a lot of Protein snacks for your trip!!
