Menus and Miles Monday August 10th

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
It's Monday!! Do you like Monday's? Is it a new beginning? Is it your back on Track Day? My scales are up a couple of pounds this morning! We ate out 4 times over the weekend and my scales are proving it to me!! I made good choices like a Chicken, Strawberry, Almond Salad, shrimp, etc. I actually did a double take on my scale this morning! Probably dressings, preservatives, sodium etc. I need to buckle down and clean up my eating!!! I also have to buy some Protein Snacks and get rid of the open bag of Marshmallows that are in my cupboard.

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Breakfast:
Lunch: Small Wendy's Chili
Snack: Scrambled Egg and Egg Whites
Snack:
Dinner: 1 Hamburger Patty and 1 hot dog
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

i usually have a couple of start over days in the week... My scales were up yesterday and back down this morning.
We went shopping some more today and bought some neat things, I am so excited. She is coming tomorrow to help me place them.
