6 month report

Hi all

wanted to talk about my six month update

it is actually today.  6 months.   And today I reached my doctors goal for weight losss.  80 pounds.  (10 pounds this month) She wants me to weigh 150.   So today the scale said 150.   Yay me.   Now the goal the surgeon has is not mine so I have 15-25 pounds more to go or until my body says it is done.

It has been a great ride with many firsts.

My favorite so far running 10 miles last weekend with the average pace of 9:50 per mile.   Amazing.

So  until month 7.  I am enjoying the new habits.

Congratulations on your success so far.

I agree with you, let your body go as low as you can.  Way to go on the running!!

Hurray for you.  I agree, keep on keeping on.  I loved running, but my body didn't.  Now I am loving muscle pump.  If you find an exercise you love, it is so much easier!!

Congrats.  I know that ride is unbelieveable.  Don't let anyone tell you that you are losing to much weight and go back to bad habits.  That was me.  Keep doing what you are doing and keep learning!!!
