Menus and Miles Monday August 3rd

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Monday LW's!!! We are super short staffed today so I'm fortunate to find a few minutes to post! I'll have to catch up on you all later.
DH saw his Orthopedic Dr. this morning and he starts physical therapy tomorrow. The earliest he will be returning to work is 9/2.
Maintenance Mode and 6+ years out
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Breakfast:
Lunch: 1/2 an Arby's Ham and Swiss sandwich ( I did eat the bread)
Snack: 80 Calorie Yogurt with Cherries
Snack: 2 Cheese Sticks
Dinner: Stuffed Pork Chop
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

Actually Linda I think he is really enjoying being off. He has been watching the boys a lot but after having 3 DD's and 3 DGD's he is obsessed with these boys.
That's cute the girls didn't like it.....
