Sunday Weigh In July 26, 2015
It's amazing what happens when I stick to the plan (getting all my protein in and not eating carbs) LOL! I was really moody and in a sad mood all weekend... I wanted to just eat junk, but I didn't. Instead when I thought about it I said to myself, what you eat is something you CAN control, so control that. It worked.... yesterday at least. ;) Today is good so far too!
