Drove Teke this morning then I did fine until a dinner meeting tonight, Oh well, tomorrow is another day.  Actually I will be spending the day in the truck driving Teke to the trainer to stay in work while I am on vacation.  I'll try to eat ok but it certainly isn't easy while driving all day.  3+ hrs there and 3+ hours back.

Hope you have a safe trip Price.  My problem is having to stop and go to the bathroom when we go on a trip because I drink so much.

Today is a new day.  I got into the Cheeze-its before I went to bed.  I do good all day and then at night I blow it sometimes.

Looks good up until supper-haha.  I love pizza and cookies!

S - Greek yogurt....I need to start going to bed at 8PM

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

I agree with going to bed at 8pm.  My bad time is usually 8:30 - 10 if there is anything in the house.  At least you did Greek Yogurt.
