Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I missed you all this weekend!!   DH and I spent the whole weekend together looking for a car, working on our new porch and a Great Nieces Graduation party.  It was the first weekend we had beautiful summer weather and no babysitting grandkids.  It was a pretty perfect weekend....we only had a few small disagreements....lol.

I had a great weekend at my driving clinic.  The weather was hot but not miserable and everyone did fine.  It was good to see friends and good to get away.  I thought I did pretty good eating then weighted this morning and was 2 lbs heavier than Saturday morning when I left.  Just how does that happen???

Anyway, back to the grind today and back to my plan.  Teke got the day off but I am headed to muscle pump soon.

decaf protein coffee  33g
kale, eggbeaters, cheese
lemon tea protein  13g
chicken broccoli, cukes
peanut butter on a spoon, dipped in chocolate protein powder
lemon tea protein  13g
stuffed zucchini, green beans
protein shake  33g

It could be just bloating from the hot weather.  Sometimes I wonder the same thing.

Dipping your PB in powder?  Doesn't that make it really gritty?

Sounds Good!

Sounds Good Gina! I called my Surgeons office and she said I definitely need to get the B12 shots.  My PCP's office hasn't called me back yet.

Sounds Good!

I love Wendy's Chili!  I've found if I put 2 Splenda packs in it then I don't have any cramping in my bladder from my IC. The Splenda removes some of the acid.

Sounds Good!
