Busting a stall and calories?
I do try to get more from food but then I would be eating all day. I'm still below 2 oz of food. Anymore and I feel awful. I do lean dense protein all day.
I have been trying to see if I can do more buy I don't want to force myself. I get over 100 grams a day. Usually around 115

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
Our stats are similar... You can see them in my signature line... I slowed down a lot... and because of the slowing down, I got frustrated and started coming off plan some. Not crazy, but not at goal and not ready to give up. I didn't gain (thankfully), but I am back on track and already starting to lose again. Don't give up and stick to the plan. We can do it! :)
Thank you! I hate that it is happening to you but happy I am not the only one! I am nowhere near to giving up, but it is hard and frustrating. I already know that the closer to goal I get that it will get harder but with 40+ pounds left I didn't think it would start now!
You're right, we can do it!

I am an incredibly slow loser too. I am very low calorie and carb. I truly feel for you, but must admit it makes me feel good that someone else in s there with me. A friend made me promise to up my calories and carbs for two days. I was really afraid to, but I did.. I went to the gym today and weighed myself for the first time since Thursday, and I've lost two pounds. Woo Hoo! It may work for you too. Good luck to all of us. We are in this together

It sounds to me like you are doing a great job! 800 calories is a good number. If I'm understanding right you are getting 52-78 grams of Protein from Good Whey Protein and the balance of the 100 is from Protein food. Is that right?
While I was losing I never counted my Protein from food and my goal was over 100 from Good Whey Protein. The protein I got from food was just a bonus.
I was a slow loser but consistent. At about 8 months I started slowing down and thought I must be at goal. So I decided I was going start Maintenance. I didn't want to increase my carbs so I decided to increase my Protein and to my surprise I started losing again. It wasn't as much as before but it was steady and during the next 6 months I did get to goal.
When I was in a stall this is what I did: To get moving again I would add in 2 Protein drinks for 3 days and then drop back down to your normal. That should jump start your losing.
Do NOT increase your carbs!!!!!! Increasing your carbs is NEVER a good answer!! Protein is the only way to go if you want to keep it off!!

That's right. I count both. I guess I never thought of not counting both. I am lucky if I get near 800 calories, however the past few days I've gotten closer and added in more exercise and the scale is moving.
I will for sure try the extra protein like that! It's crazy how that worked. No extra carbs for me. I keep those low :)

I decided early out that I wasn't going to count my food proteins because I didn't want to feel like I was on WW. Way to many years of counting calories and counting points. I think I went through about 6 different WW plans that I just couldn't stick to and I wanted a new beginning.
