5 month Update
Hi there,
70 pounds down
numerous inches
now in a size 34 waist levi and 12 pants
just starting training for another half marathon
slow scale month with only a 5.5 pound lost but the last 2 weeks have not had any weight lose. I think my body is trying to catch up so trying not to be to worried.

Man, what fun to have reports like that!!! RNY was the best thing I ever did for myself too and I was 62. Just sorry I waited so long.
Yes, 5 months is when I started really slowing down. You obviously are doing everything right so just keep on keeping on.
And good luck on your half marathon. I can't even imagine!!!

AWESOME Post!!!! Congrats on your success so far! You are right!!! You are not done losing yet so just keep sticking to good choices. Did you take your measurements before WLS? It's strange how it works but during these "stalls" we all seem to lose inches.
When I hit my first goal of 75 pounds I "stupidly thought" I had lost enough so I decided I was going to increase my Protein Drinks to slow down the weight loss and to my surprise I started losing again. Now I suggest that to others who have been in a stall for awhile or have slowed down. I lost weight 19 more pounds during the next 9 months to get me in the low range of my BMI.

i do take my measurements monthly before i do my update. i agree that i have lost inches. i lost 2 pants sizes during the month of june.
