Who Hoo! I am super excited that I lost anything. We went out of town this weekend camping at Beech Bend. Surprisingly I did really well. It helps that I was prepared with my protein and I walked every morning 1.5 mi two days then 2 miles on the last day. We also went to the amusement park so there was a lot of walking there too.. This had nothing to do with weight loss but I conquered a fear this weekend of heights when I rode the Kentucky Rambler roller coaster not once, not twice, but three times!! I also rode this other ride that went upside down 20 times! This is a big deal for me lol! 

Anyways back to doing 30DS shred this week. Hope the scale continues its downward spiral!

I haven't been weighing because I haven't like what I saw on the scale.  I got on the scale Sat morning and was DOWN 5 lbs - WOOHOO!  Ok, I let myself go and eat/drink on Sat... ugh.  Now I'm scared to get back on... Eating hasn't been on par... I also feel "plugged up" even though I've been diligently taking my probiotics that usually work for me.  I'm really trying to get in more fluids too...

I would love to just get on one morning and be down 5.  Seems like every time I start going down, I do nothing different and go back up.  I like maintaining but I want to do it in the 120s not the 130s.

I do still, even with all my veggies, take benefiber daily.  I haven't ever gotten onto the probiotics wagon but I need help or would be in trouble.
