Hi Price,

Wow, it has been a really busy two weeks.  I am ready for life to settle back down.  I think moving and retiring in the same month might have been a little too much.

You really have been busy but we have missed you.  I am so jealous.  I would love to retire but am planning on waiting until I am 70. 

Raining here too, meal plan looks good.

Pre-B - coffees w/HWC (4:30-8:30AM)
S - cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries (8:30AM)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts (8:45AM)
S - protein shake w/almond milk (10:15)
L - protein shake w/almond milk and chili with sour cream (11:30)

D - out for B-Day dinner - watermelon martini, 4 bang bang shrimp, a little bread, a few bites of steak, zucchini, and potatoes au gratin (5PM)

Hope you had a great birthday!!!  I've been doing my evening shake and sometimes hot chocolate with almond/cashew milk.  Really good and low carb and calorie!!!
