Did the billing and finished in time to drive Teke before it got too hot. Paperwork and picking blueberries. I got more eggplant and squash (daily) from the garden so making ratattoui (sp) for supper. I love having the garden and having all the fresh veggies.

Hi guys,
Went to the office today so I didn't get all my exercise done but staying out of the kitchen at home helped with the grazing. I'm try intermittent fasting to see if it will shake things up and let me lose. I'm down a pound or so. It's 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. It's high fat and low carb when I do eat. I've read that the heavy whipping cream does unfortunately break the fast due to carbs and protein in it but that's what I have in the fridge, and the diet seems to be working, so I may just keep doing the HWC.
