Guess Roz is busy. It is over 90 again here today. I drove Teke early before it was too awful.

I weighed in at the clinic today just to have it in record that I dipped into the 180s - is that wrong? It didn't seem real until it was on the scale - ha!

Yea!!! You really don't know how much I miss the smaller portions you folks can eat. I loved those days. So many people mourned food - and the amounts they used to eat. I never mourned food... ok - 1 day I "WISHED" I could have eaten another piece of pizza on my Mother's "get together" birthday.. but I got over it quickly. I guess now I "mourn" the amounts!! LOL. If I stuck to the "rules" I'd be back where I should be.

My Dr still recommends small meals, 5-6x a day. It always amazes me that Roz eats so little. I was a bulk eater before, still on occasion try to be. Usually ending up in pain.

Water - did ok. Treated myself to a McDonalds SF iced coffee. I've forgotten just how good they are. I have been experimenting with the recipe to duplicate it - but it's not as good as theirs. I'll keep trying.

I do like iced coffee in the summer and I know I had one of theirs early out but I guess I wasn't that impressed.
Lots of protein in that roast but where is the protein at breakfast? LOL. Protein coffee, remember????

I was trying to incorporate protein coffees back into my morning routine but either they curdled or made my tummy upset. Not sure what was going on with each.... so I tend to shy away from it now. No excuse, I know especially since I have some fuzzy navel I like so well.
