I have been eating leftovers all day.
B: Honey mustard glazed chicken thigh 1.6 oz
L: same as breakfast plus 1 oz of baked beans
D: same as lunch exactly
Snacks: I usually do my protein drinks for snacks. Today I have had 3.5 but they are zero carb Isopure
10 cups of water(thank you protein!) and vits
Total protein for the day is 120 grams
18 carbs- this is higher than normal for me usually the number doesn't make it over 10!
Exercise: Day 2 level 1 of 30 day shred + 1/2 of 6 week 6 pack... I just hope i can walk tomorrow ;)
