Menus and Miles Monday June 22nd

I eat nuts every practically every day.  I LOVE my Nature Valley Nut Bars listed on my menu!! I don't think of them as a slider food because I really chew mine up so they don't get stuck. I am far more fearful of fruit than I am nuts.  There is a lot of sugar in fruit and no Protein.

I'd like to see you get another Protein drink in.

Got attacked by the Carb Monster... {sigh}

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - leftover Popeye's chicken wing, butter biscuit and Cajun rice
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - 1 snack size popcorn
D - 3 bunless beef hotdogs and coleslaw
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day
