I got up early and drove Teke this morning. Between the rains and the heat, can't count on doing anything in the evenings.

Yippee, the weekend is here! This weekend we are going to an arena football game and squeeze in a day at the community pool on Sun. So a little busy, but for the most part fairly relaxing family time.

Great protein day!!! I love lima beans but I am the only one in my family who does. Plus, I really want cornbread with them, LOL. So I don't have them often, LOL.

My second day watching my protein and carbs very closely. I hope I can keep it up. Today's carbs were much higher than yesterday. Tomorrow morning we are going to our GD's dress rehearsal for her dance recital. We can sit down close. In the evening, the place is packed and we sit in the balcony. She has a solo and also does a dance trio along with being on the dance team.
No rain today!!

It's amazing how those carbs from even low carb things can add up. The salsa, wrap, yogurt and rounds all have some. I had the same kind of thing today. Just can't stop eating those blueberries from the garden and yogurt.
