Menus and Miles Tuesday June 16th
Weird day, I had some setbacks and some things im not sure if they were bad or not. I absolutely need to use MFP to get some real #'s and figure out what im really doing. The Ac went out at my work 105 dg today outside and 95 inside...crazy hot (and I was in the warehouse a large part of the day and I haven't a clue how bad it was, but it was really bad!). Anyways, The boss let everyone go at 1:30 pm because it was so bad. So I wanted to treat my son, and we split a scoop of kid size ice cream at a ice cream parlor kind of place, then went to the bounce house for two hrs, then picked up "Wendys" for Dinner.
B-Protein Coffee (Good)
L-Luncheon for coworker going away -2 grilled blackened Fish tacos with some siracha and black beans, minus the shells (Good)
S-maybe 1/8 cup cho**** cream (Really Bad)
D-Wendys 1/2 size strawberry(maybe 2 berries cut up), blue cheese, grilled chicken Salad w/apple balsalmic dressing (no clue if this is ok or not)
WOW...that's HOT!! Our electric was out for 7 hours. DH works outside so he was really disappointed when he came home and the Air was off. He usually takes a shower and then lays down until I get home but yesterday he decided it was actually cooler outside than in the house so he worked on our new porch for awhile
The salad sounds good to me! I doubt that little bit of ice cream will show up on the scales just don't let it fool you that you can have it several times a week. Ice Cream really makes me dump. I even have trouble with the SF.
