Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Over the Hump Day! We didn't have electric for 7 hours yesterday but the thing that made me mad was my favorite soap "Days of our Lives" didn't record!! Is anyone else a Days fanatic.....LOL?
It was too hot in the house when DH got home so he worked on our new back porch. It's ready for construction now and I think Saturday's the big day unless it pours all day. I've been waiting for this for YEARS!!!

It's been raining here off and on all day. It sounds like it's going to rain all day Saturday so they might not be able to start on our porch. The worst part is having to go out the front door to go to the backyard every time I have something to put in the garbage of if DH needs to me help with something.
My eating has been pretty good so far this week and my scales seem to like it too. I didn't have an appetite the last couple of weeks. I just kept starting but never finishing anything.
A spoonful of Peanut Butter sometimes is just enough to satisfy me.
Where's your Protein Coffee?

I bet your ponies miss you too!! My bird died a few years ago and I've been "bird sitting" our nephews this week while they are on vacation...I'm just about ready to tell DH I want another one!!
I couldn't find the low carb wraps that you said you by. How many carbs and calories does yours have? I bought one low carb but it made me gag.
Sounds Good Price!

Mine are Joseph's and my Walmart has them. 1/2 is 50 calories, 4 net carbs, 5g protein. I like them better toasted than plain.
