Size what? Update!

I haven't been on here in a long time!  I've been tracking my food and exercise with my Fit Bit app so I haven't wanted to duplicate my efforts.  I haven't really lost any weight for a couple of months but I've been exercising and eating my protein and I keep going down in sizes...I'm officially in a size 8 pant!  Wahoo!  I looked at the 5 Day Pouch Test and decided I'm going to start it tomorrow to kick start my weight loss again.  However, I'm not that worried my body composition is changing before my eyes. I'm happy but I want to become more vigilant so that I get down to the number I want and more importantly I find a way to maintain it.  Thanks to you all for continuing to inspire me!

Isn't it weird that we change size and not weight.  Yep, the key is keep on keeping on.  Find a way you can eat forever and it will work forever.  Losing isn't easy but maintenance is HARD.

Glad you came back!  Yes it's amazing how our bodies will continue to reshape.  And it keeps on doing it for several years...

Sounds like you've got a good handle on this.  I've heard quite a bit about the FitBit - not sure what it is but will google it and find out.  Everyone I know who has it loves it.

Great to see you posting! Congrats on the size 8's!! It took me awhile to figure out how to Maintain but my #1 suggestion is to get as low as you possible can before trying to increase your calories.  Are you in the Normal BMI range?

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

WOW!!! Size 8 is amazing!!!  You are doing so great!

I've never worn a size 8 that I can remember.  I think I went straight from toddler to a 14 in jr high and up from there.  So happy to be at a 12 now, im spending way too much on clothes, because its actually fun to shop for the first time in forever.

Congrats on your progress!!!
