4 Month Update
Hi Everyone,
Well that last month sure did past quickly. Back from Spain and my cruise and it was all amazing.
Everything is moving along nicely.
Have lost 62.5 pounds in the last 4 months.
Gone from a women's size 22 to size 14 jeans
Continue to run 5 days a week and work out with a trainer 3/4 times per week.
Life is good, and RNY is the best thing I ever did for myself.

My goodness, all of that is super wonderful. RNY was the best thing I ever did for myself too! Now you just keep on keeping on!!! What a change in such a few months.
