WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Over the Hump Day!! Mammogram was normal...YEAH! I think it was last week I mentioned my DGSon saw a fat picture of me and he didn't want to call me fat. Yesterday I took 1 piece of Bit oh Honey and he said "You better not eat that because you might get fat again"......LOL. It's surprising how one picture can make a difference how someone looks at you (even a 7 yr. old). His Dad was so made at him! I'm sure he got a lecture on the way home. I guess he will be keeping me accountable now....LOL.
Maintenance: 6+ years out and started the new year right on target!!!
Breakfast: Slice of Bread and Peanut Butter
Protein: Matrix Chocolate Mint 35g
Lunch: Meat and Cheese
Snack: 1 Lite Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines
Dinner: Small Wendy's Chili
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

Glad your mammogram was normal!! My DGD's are always saying things that I'm sure embarrasses their parents... I need someone to help me be accountable.
If we don't hurry up and get these house deals finished, DH and I are not going to be talking!! He is such a worrier. My DD said she would not want to be our real estate agent at all that we are both extremely aggravating-LOL!! This lady has been showing us houses for almost 15 years.

Did you sell your house and find one you Love?? I was stressed when the girls were getting their houses and I don't think I could go through that at my age. We've been in our house 32 years and I don't plan on moving until I'm forced to go to a Nursing Home and by then I shouldn't know what's going on....LOL.

Last night's eating was a train wreck!!! Pizza and blueberry cobbler and I ate way more than I should have. Better today with the stress gone having the training all over. Muscle pump tonight.

Yeah a norm comment from my son, is, "Mommy your Dr says you can't have that (weather a sip of a drink other than mine, or a raspberry, or a cracker, doesn't matter if its not from my plate its a no-no), lol" good he keeps me accountable ;-)
