Hi Roz,

I have my mammogram when I have the annual pap and blood work all in the same place-one stop shopping.  I feel embarrassed since it is mostly just skin now....

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Burger King Fish sandwich(insides), couple French fries
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ??

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  None - raining now.

I apologized but then I said I guess I'm just glad I have them. My Dr. left the practice and then never contacted me. I kept waiting for a reminder call.

Welcome to M&M!!!!!!   How are your Protein Totals?  I'd like to see a least one Whey Protein Drink.  Good Protein is what keeps us losing and helps us through Maintenance.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size buttered popcorn
D - chicken w/Alfredo sauce and 1/4 cup rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, and 40 squats
Standing to work all day
