Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!!   Hope you had a good weekend or if you have a day off during the week I hope you get to do something you enjoy!

You are such an active/outside girl you probably do HATE being inside for meetings.

HI Roz!!  Still chilly here - come on and warm up!!!  We had a ton of rain over the past 2 days - glad it's done.  Girls are coming over tonight to help me plant my new flower boxes.  That should be fun!

Eating over the weekend wasn't the best.... New day!

B - coffee x2

L - hamburg stroganoff - next time I'll leave the flour out.  There wasn't a lot so I figured it wouldn't be too bad...

D - probably more of it.  Maybe a hot dog (no bun).

Vits:  yes

Water:  working on it!!

I Love flowers!! What did you plant in them? Did you mention you made the boxes? Did you put a picture on facebook?

I think I'm going to give up on the perennials and do annuals again this year.  Most of my perennials I planted last summer didn't even come up this year.  There was a 1 year warranty on them at Lowes but I don't think they will except a picture of nothing....LOL.  I did take back my Japanese Maple that was all sticks and got a bigger replacement. When I checked out they told me it was $150 but the tag said $80 so they gave it to me for that price.  So I actually have money left over on a gift card that I can use to buy more flowers.....YEAH!  I'm going to get rid of my old rose bushes too.  They haven't had very many flowers the last couple of years.  I'm going to plant the knock out ones.  The flowers are much smaller but there are more of them and pretty colorful. All my rose trees have turned into bushes but as long as they bloom they will still be beautiful.

You looked great in the wedding pictures so I don't think you are doing as bad as you think.  Maybe get back into your Protein Coffees to start your day off right.....

Yes - Nicole and I made the flower boxes out of Cedar Fence posts.  Then I painted them, my nephew came over and hung brackets on the brick for me.  No I haven't taken a pic - I should.  I just planted annuals - I'm also "redoing" my front landscape this year and want to put in some flowering perennials.  It's shady though, so that's an issue.

Thanks about the wedding pics - I had myself stuffed into a Spanx :)  and you're right - I need to get back into my protein coffees again.  Just the past few times they curdled - ugh - and I'm not sure what I did different.  I may be making cold hot protein chocolate drinks too...
