Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!!! Over the Hump Day!!!! No plans for the weekend so I'm not wishing the week away!

Rain.....sick of it. At least we aren't getting the terrible weather that Texas and Oklahoma has had. The forecast was no rain this week, however, it is pouring right now.
Temp job done and I'm enjoying some time off. I have a list of things to do but I've not exactly been on fire getting them done. Some of the cleaning is done but still a lot to do. But, you know it always waits for us.
My eating is so different when I'm home. I get up around 7:00 a.m., have breakfast about 8:30. When I'm working I'm up at 6:15 and breakfast about 6:45. I need to make some new recipes this week.
Today's eats:
B: Click-Syntrax cappuccino shake in Kierer milk (never used this before and didn't like it at all.)
L: Subway - taking my GD to lunch and that's her favorite place
S: Protein bar
D: Tilapia, cooked carrots
S: Cheese slices

Hi Roz! I'm preparing for several projects on the outside of my house now - I had a new sidewalk poured last week, my nephew is building me a new porch and patio and I'm seriously thinking of getting a new driveway and expanding it. Lots of money going out the window... LOL. I also have a few projects I'm doing myself that I'm buying the supplies for - like painting my concrete patio out back, staining my deck out back, etc. But - those projects may need to wait until I get back.
I plan on going on a motorcycle ride on Sat and maybe head back to VA on Sunday. I've got several Dr's visits to get done before then (Dentist, PCP, etc). Somewhere in all my activiites I have to work... :)

D - sushi (not sure why I didn't feel too good after - I don't feel I overate - just burped a lot after like I do when my tummy isn't doing its best)

Amazing day here. Showers around but no rain and it never got to 70. Drove Teke early thinking it was going to rain. Then planted beans, onions and basil in the garden. Paperwork as usual.
I'm headed to a carriage driving show this weekend but it is just Sunday. So I will go Saturday, camp in the trailer and come home after the show on Sunday. Not my usual 4 day show but that's ok. Last show until the fall.
