6 weeks post-op and hate meal/protein time

We go through all kinds of stages.  I was about 6 months out before I didn't get queasy thinking about food.  Do they best you can.  I've found that eating numerous small meals works better for me.

I remember a saying "Eat to live, rather than live to eat" and me thinking yeah right, that'll never be me and although I still enjoy food, more often than not someone else is reminding me its time to eat. 

What a happy cir****tance!!!

Thank you for posting this. I feel the same way. I find eating is a chore. The only thing I like about it now is I can eat with my family but after a couple of bites I'm done. I'm glad to hear it's normal and will take a few months for things to settle down.
