lowcarb wrap, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast
lemon tea protein  13g

Darn Jordan almonds that I couldn't keep my hand out of the bag.  Now gone.

Jordan almonds are those candy coated ones in pastel colors.  Deadly.

Thanks Gina!

I was busy being sick.  I got a small piece of steak stuck and the pain was unbelievable.  I got one piece up but apparently the bit before that didn't go down.  DH and I have learned from experience that it is foolish to go to the ER in the evening because they don't call a Dr. in for something like that.  They make you spend the night to see if it goes down by itself and then the call the Dr. in if it's still stuck. Fortunately it went down but the pain and sleepless night took its toll on me.

I'm happy for an unplanned weekend!!
