Haven't been here in forever...need to get back on track!
Yep, we feel you pain. Several vets on here with regain, including me. My low was 111 and I am up to 135. 111 was too low but 135 is over where I want to be. Dr is fine with it but I actually had to go buy new pants this year. I would love to get back in the 120s but it is a struggle.
Join us on miles and menus. Get moving again. You know how to do this it is just hard, unlike those days when the weight just fell off. We all thought those weeks after surgery were hard. Maintainence is what is hard!!!! But we can do it together.

I'm not familiar with VSG at all as I had RNY almost 7 years ago. I maintained my loss until the last few months. I'm retired but work for a temp service. My current assignment turned into 7 months and tomorrow is my last day. Sitting on my rump 5 days a week did nothing for my weight. So, I have about 12 lbs. added that I need to get off. I'm much more active when I'm home and I vow to go to the gym starting Monday.
Go back to what you did right after surgery. Do a do over. You can do this!!
