Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hello everyone, I got a Fit*****arge and it has been super motivating to keep working out and moving. I've been tracking all my food and exercise on the app and found that even though I've been trying to eat high protein I am also consuming more calories then I though I was! Also, just want to let everyone know that I've started drinking Diesel Protein Powder (Perfect Nutrition) I asked for samples of them from a local Believe Fit store and couldn't believe how good they are and they mix with water wonderfully! 26 grams of high quality protein and 117 calories. Tons of yummy flavours! Finally! :) Have a great day!

I also have a fitbit, and I gotta say I love the fact that my aria scale (also by Fitbit) is linked to it (love those awards it sends me when I hit a 5lb wt loss goal), but I haven't been able to really motivate myself to get the exercise thing going yet. I jump up and down whenever I get my 10K steps in and it sends me that little electronic buzz saying I did, and I get it about 1-2 times a week. But I rarely go out of my way to do it, I keep saying this but I need a plan and I need to follow through...
