I made all the food (I love to cook) and only ate about 5 medium shrimp. They were yummy!! Everyone was too busy enjoying the food to notice what I was (or wasn't) eating - ha!!

Yesterday was better for choices on types of food I ate, but honestly I didn't track anything, just nibbled protein options and I mostly slept through the day as I recovered from the weekend. Back to work today (Tues) and back on plan again :-)
Crap! We'll miss each other again. We're there 10-14 August. We're always there the 2nd week of August.
