Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hi Roz!  Cold dreary day here in VA... Weather has been crazy this past week!   Heading back to MI tomorrow.  Not sure when I'll be back in VA...

Still without a fridge in VA... it's a huge pain.  Luckily the landlords have an extra one.. and I was able to put all my food in that - lost very little (really just what I SHOULD have thrown out before).

Hey - did you see that OH now has a LIKE button?  Cute and about time!

B - coffee and a protein coffee (kinda curdled again - what's up with that? I do it the same every time)

L - leftover chicken wings and a few cheese sticks

D - ?

Vits:  yep

Water:  working on it.

I can't believe I had to wear a jacket to work towards the end of May in TEXAS!! But it was raining and chilly this morning!

I ordered more Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder and some samples of the Lemon Tea, Lemonade and other flavors I haven't tried.  I really hope I like them, because I need to get more protein in with low calories and carbs.  I'm really thinking the Lemon Tea is going to be my favorite...  Hoping so at least, I love tea!

Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie Shake with Carbmaster Milk (34 protein)

Snack: Pork Skins (7 protein)

Lunch: 4 oz Salmon (21 protein)

Snack: 1 oz Salmon, I have 1 oz leftover... (5.25 protein)

Dinner: ?? Something high protein/low carb... I may just do another protein shake.... or I'm thinking about baking chicken and putting some Colby pepperjack cheese on top.

Vitamins: On Track

Water: On Track

Exercise: If the rain stops, I plan to ride my bike. :)

It's a very windy, cloudy, cool day here in Southern AZ!  If the wind would just stop we would have a really pretty day, keep in mind without the cloud coverage it can get pretty warm here, so a little cloudy is nice.  I've had such a busy day today, felt like I've been on the run all day and it's only 12:45 here!  Came to work early so I could take a very early luch this way I could go watch my daughter's 6th grade graduation (boy is she growing up fast).  Came back to work and had a surprise visitor (my "adopted" brother) who I haven't seen in 3yrs!  I'd say today has been a very NICE day!!!!!!  Hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday.....
