L 1.5 ounces each turkey and ham with 1.5 ounces cheese wrapped with several romaine leaves
S hard boiled egg
S coffee with cream and sweetener
D ground beef about 4 ounces with sauteed onions and mushrooms
vites done
fluids 52 oz so far
miles walked with Buddy love, hopefully yoga tonight

So far so Good! At least now I know to go bland and no Protein drinks if it flares up. Bland usually means carbs though.
I bought a salad with boiled eggs (hungry for them) but the chicken I had for lunch filled me up so I guess the salad is going to have to wait until tomorrow.
