Wow! Great job! I don't know if I'll ever get to the point of not missing it, but if I can just get over craving it, I'll consider that a success! Good luck to you on your journey!

Thanks, you too!  About a month ago I took a sip from a friend who had one.  Luckily my pouch did not like it at all.  Very uncomfortable.  I had asked my doctor if I could have a diet soda occasionally and he laughed and said sure, try it.  Ummm, I guess he knew it wouldn't feel good.  So now it's even easier.

Finished Day 4 without any major problems. Work has been so busy the last couple of days that it's actually made things easier! Breaking the habits of reaching for food and something to drink (soda) has been harder than actually dealing with hunger. Had a nice dinner of scrambled eggs (with some bacon bits sprinkled in) tonight and I'm full!
