Can anyone tell me if they know of a crunchy instead of gummy chewable multi vitamin and calcium.  My surgeon asks that we use those instead of the gummy type.

I am. Not sure there is a "crunchy" vitamin but Centrum has some that are pressed powder and are not gummy.

I use the CVS generic of Centrum Senior Chewables.  I like the taste better than the Centrum.  Plus CVS has a buy 1 get 1 every so often and they are cheap.

I did buy the Centrum chewable but their listed vitamins are not comparable to the bariatric ones.  Confusing.

We did 2 a day and they met all the requirements from my group who were unbelievably picky.

I use Nature's Plus, Natural Pineapple Flavor, Adult's Chewable Milti-vitamin.  They aren't AS chalky to me as the Bariatric ones I was trying to take.  No gummy vitamins for me either.... to many carbs. :)

I used to take the Centrum Silver but there was an additive in it that bothered me... I really like the Bariatric Advantage Watermelon.  I get it from Amazon.  I've tried all kinds (not a great pill swallower after surgery) and I keep going back to those.
