Hi there and welcome!  I'll answer C since you've had some good answers for A and B...

I was 49 when I had my surgery.  Like Price, I had lost weight before and didn't have saggy skin, but did this time.  I did end up having plastics.  I had a tummy tuck and a year later had my 'girls' done.... Exercise WON'T make loose skin go away, but building muscle will help fill in some of it... Now I'm fighting regain which "filled in" parts I didn't want it too... :(  

 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Thanks, Jody. As I responded to earlier, I have the 'pouch' from 2 cesareans and even sit ups haven't helped. I'm sure that will not go away even with weight loss, although I could be surprised.
