3 month update
Hi there
may 12, 2015. 3 months.
55 pounds down
ran a 1/2 marathon on May 10, with less then 1.5 months training. No walking and best time ever
In regular size clothing.
Off to Spain tomorrow.
So as you can read. It has been an amazing journey so far.
