Recommendation Chocolate Protein
It has been awhile since I have visited the forum. I am four years out now from RNY. I have picked up a little additional weight, about 10 lbs. I am looking to get back into protein shakes and protein coffee. Can you give me a recommendation of a rich, chocolaty protein that I can make shakes with, or put into my coffee?
Petty much the entire lightweight forum loves the Syntrax products. You can get them at most online vitamin suppliers. They have a couple chocolate options. It dissolves easy and is only @25 calories a scoop(1 Gram Carb) vice the 180 calorie (20 carbs) most others have. That and they mix great!! Oh and I use almond milk...again low in carbs & calories (and no lactose) ;-)
Good luck on your losing your regain!
The process they use to create whey protein isolate powder pretty much eliminates the lactose. Choose a lactose free base such as soy or almond milk or Lactade milk. You should be good.

I agree. The Syntrax Nectar chocolate is very good, low carb and mixes very well. I also can find it at my local Vitamin Shoppe

Love Premiere chocolate shakes for on the go.
My favorite protein is About time protein powder, you can buy samples on their website.
I start every morning morning with the cinnamon swirl protein coffee. Never been a big breakfast person first thing in the morning.
