I had a very lazy day yesterday.  After church I did absolutely nothing except read, watch a moving, take a nap and reheat my dinner from Saturday evening.  We went to a BBQ restaurant that used to be my favorite in my old life.  They opened a new place not far from us.  I just don't enjoy BBQ like I used to.  Their baked beans are delicious but I know they're loaded with sugar.  I had one rib, a very small piece of ham and beans.  It all came up when I got home.

My temp job ends May 28th or possibly before.  I'm so ready to retire again.

Eats today:

Click & Inspire Caramel Latte shake

Beef Jerky

Greek yogurt w/walnuts

15 Bean Soup (no crackers :()

Pork chop, green beans

No evening snack.  DH has Skinny pop almost every night.  I said no last night and I HAVE to quit eating it until I've lost the excess weight.

Did it come back up because of the sugar in the beans?  Just curious, I have not thrown up since I had surgery.  I have had the foamies but never thrown up.

June 30th is my retirement date and I am soooo ready!!

Menus looks good for today.  I need to stop my night time snacking too.

I'm sure it was the sugar in the beans.  The Cole Slaw probably had sugar too.  The meat wasn't fatty at all.

On another board on OH I commented to someone about how dumping affects me and said I usually vomit.  Another person responded that vomiting was not part of dumping, but it is.  I did some research and that can be part of it.

DH was wanting his 8:30 pm snack and was going to get Skinnypop.  I said I didn't want it because of the carbs.  He decided on mixed nuts so I had a few.  I need to only have a snack if I'm really hungry.

Congratulations on your retirement.  I'm excited to get back to it.  I plan to not wor****il September.

Ahhh Monday.... ;)

Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie Shake with Carbmaster milk

Lunch: Brought a salad I bought yesterday to have for lunch.  Opened it and there was mold on it. :/  So, I had to run out and grabbed a taco salad (no shell and only able to eat not even half).

Dinner: Not sure, high protein/low carb always :)

Not a very good Monday food wise...  I don't like it when my plan gets altered... I have no idea what the nutritional information is in things I didn't prepare.  The first salad was grilled chicken, lettuce, strawberries and blueberries.  I can figure that out... this taco salad.... I will just have to find a taco salad and hope for the best.

Vitamins: On track

Water: On track

Exercise:  Something... not sure what... I've been slacking on my T25... I need to get back on it, but at least I am staying active!! :)

I spent my Mothers day  weekend sweating on our deck as we stripped it then applied this new restoration stuff to it.  Hopefully it will be worth all of the effort, but I did get lots of exercise in so that was a fringe benefit.  But really sore today.

B- Protein coffee...that spilled all over the floor of the car...Sigh

Late B- 1 oz smoked salmon (this was going to be my lunch, but see spill above...)

L- Grilled ckn salad on abed of lettuce with feta & light vinagrette,  I think I have eaten too much of this...my stomach hurts, Im just not used to having a whole salad in front of me, and I bought it in the only size they had, really healthy, just well you know...  I do find it ironic that what is too much today I would have laughed as as a meal previously...

D- I may close the day with a shake to make up for the protein I missed earlier

V & W: Getting There.

I can't wait to post tomorrow, I met my 50% weight loss goal today (so Im posting my before and after's to mark my journey) & I have my 3 mth post WLS apt with surgeon tomorrow.  Fingers crossed all labs go well...
