You looked Beautiful in the Wedding pictures!   Your new DD and Handsome Son looked wonderful!  What day was your DD's new baby born?  She has a really cute family!!

I haven't gotten all of extra pounds off from vacation yet but it is moving in the right direction.

I use to love footlongs!!  I could probably still eat them but I don't thing the brand I buy comes in the footlong size.  So many brands taste so salty to me now.

Get settled and get to the grocery store so you can stock up on some good protein.....

Rosemary was born 2/28.  She's about 10 weeks old now - happy smiley baby!  

I rarely eat that kind of crap (buns and fries - I'll eat the meat).  For some reason I just felt like it.  I'm extremely LUCKY my blood sugar didn't fall....

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I can definitely tell when I miss my B12 and D3 for a few days - I get tired, lethargic... take them and feel much better.  Vits are important!!!!

Ok, here goes! This is me going all MajorMom on you. You know I love you though, right?  

   Oh, I know you! You are all about taking care of everyone but yourself and you need an intervention before you keel over and pass out from malnutrition.  Not much help to anyone then, right? So, what are you going to do about it? Tell me! What are you going to do? What are they going to do when they use you up and you can't help them anymore? If you don't start taking your vitamins your bones will turn to dust and your teeth will fall out. You'll have permanent nerve damage, your hair will fall out, and you will look like the walking dead with gray lifeless skin and dark circles under your eyes from anemia. 

If it helps, put an alarm on your phone and have it go off when you need to take your vitamins. Take 10 seconds and take your vitamins and think protein first when you have a meal! You can do this.
